Ed tech company Infinity Learn, which is part of the Sri Chaitanya group, has acquired WizKlub, an India-based cognitive development startup, in a deal valuing the business at $10 million.

WizKlub will be integrated within Infinity Learn and become part of Infinity Futurz, a platform that will focus on high order thinking skills such as analytical thinking, complex problem solving, critical thinking and active learning, for kids aged 6-14. Infinity Learn expects to onboard one million students on Infinity Futurz over the next 24 months.

This is the third add-on made by Infinity Learn since its launch in 2021. It follows its purchase of digital community platform Teacherr and its acquisition of Don’t Memorise, a concept-based multilingual content platform.
