Jaipur-based ed tech portfolio company Bodhi AI has acquired Kota-based start-up Skoolstream, IndianWeb2 has reported.

Founded in 2020, Skoolstream is an artificial intelligence-based learning management system for coaching institutes and online teachers.

Founded in 2017, Bodhi AI helps teachers bring their coaching online with their own brand name and helps them connect with students.

Bodhi AI co-founder and chief executive Prashant Pandey said: “The team at Skoolstream already have expertise in the education sector and our collaboration with them will help us become a marketplace for teachers who face issues with delivering standardised content to their students.”

Piyush Agarwaln, Bodhi AI co-founder and chief operating officer, added: “The Skoolstream acquisition will add an extra wing to what we are doing. And they as a team will contribute towards our vision of helping every student get a personal teacher.”

Skoolstream’s founder Parveen Garg commented: “This is indeed a moment to cherish because we as a team are equally excited to be a part of Bodhi AI family and looking forward to building innovative products together for the education stakeholders.”
