UK-based premium private schools operator Dukes Education has acquired InvestIN, a provider of career programmes and guidance.

InvestIN co-founders, Hitesh Chowdhry and Shameer Thobhani, will stay on with the business and continue to lead the company with the support of Dukes, according to a statement.

Founded in 2012, InvestIN provides students aged 12-18 with immersive programmes to help them choose the right career and maximise their potential. The company offers career simulations, interactive activities, site visits, personalised career guidance and networking opportunities across several industries, including the healthcare, legal and engineering sectors.

The company is headquartered in London and delivers programmes to students across the UK, the US, the Middle East and Asia. More than 50,000 students from over 100 countries have attended InvestIN’s career taster programmes in the past 10 years, according to the company.

Established in 2015 by founder and chairman Aatif Hassan, Dukes Education operates a network of boarding and day colleges, schools and nurseries based across the UK.
