ScholarPath: Jarvis Harris
St Peters, Missouri-based ScholarPath, an education platform designed to help high school students pursue their talents and interests, has appointed Jarvis Harris as chief customer officer and a member of the executive team, responsible for customer satisfaction, customer onboarding, training, support, education, professional services and renewals.
Harris has more than 20 years’ experience as a customer success and operations leader. He was previously global vice-president of customer success and consulting services at cloud-based people data analytics platform Visier, where led customer success teams accountable for value, retention and growth across international territories for billion-dollar software-as-a-service companies. He has also led and established technology groups and policies as a chief technology officer for a large US school district.
