Australian corporate education provider Go1 has secured $100 million in a funding round backed by AirTree Ventures, Blue Cloud Ventures, Five Sigma, Madrona, Salesforce Ventures and SoftBank Vision Fund 2.

The round brought Go1’s total funding to over $400 million, increasing the company’s valuation to more than $2 billion.

Go1 had previously raised a $200 million series D round in July 2021 from SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Salesforce Ventures, AirTree Ventures, and previous investors including M12, Seek and Madrona.

Based in Brisbane with further offices in several cities around the world, including London, San Francisco and Kuala Lumpur, Go1 offers an online learning platform focused on professional training courses.

The company intends to use the fresh capital to accelerate its growth and further boost its expansion across the global corporate learning market.

Last April, Go1 acquired Coorpacademy, an e-learning platform and content library with offices in France and Switzerland, to further expand across Europe and broaden its offerings of digital learning and education resources in the region.
